Michael Ladisic

Who We Are

Ladisic Fine Homes

Growing up in a Pennsylvania coal mining town with 700 people, Michael Ladisic never imagined himself building custom homes in a metropolitan area of over 6 million residents. After earning two degrees from Washington & Jefferson College, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, he went on to gain a law degree from Wake Forest University. In 1986, Michael moved to Atlanta, where he met his wife Lisa and practiced as an attorney and small-business owner. On the weekends, Ladisic renovated his family’s former home in Peachtree Park as a hobby. Soon after, neighbors and friends started knocking on his door and by 1998, Ladisic was bursting at the seams with requests. He decided to pursue his passion and started Ladisic Fine Homes. With his acute attention to detail and creative eye, Michael eventually built his dream home, which marks their fourth home in the Peachtree Park neighborhood. His large tight knit family includes 4 beautiful daughters, Clara, Annie, Rachel and Margaret who have inspired him to create spaces that are functional and special for each unique family. As a premier builder in Atlanta, Ladisic has had the opportunity to truly live out his passion by cultivating more than 300 of the finest homes and renovations in the Buckhead and Brookhaven area.
